120-Night Sleep Trial & Returns

We’re confident you’ll love your AirZen mattress, so every mattress comes with a 120-night comfort trial.

How the trial works

Once your mattress arrives, please sleep on it for at least 30 nights. It can take up to 30 days for your body to adjust to a new mattress, and some new sensations during that time are completely normal.

After the 30th night, if you aren’t completely satisfied, email us at info@airzensleep.com to start a return and refund.

Pickup at no charge

In most areas we arrange pickup of your mattress through our partner Sharetown, at no charge to you. If Sharetown can’t serve your area, we’ll contact you to donate the mattress to a local charity, organization, or church, or to dispose of it at a local landfill or recycling center. Send us the donation or disposal receipt and a few requested photos, and we’ll promptly issue your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method for the mattress purchase amount, and can take five or more business days to appear, depending on your bank.

The comfort trial applies to the original mattress purchase only. It doesn’t apply once a replacement has been granted.

Accessories and bases

Accessories and bases aren’t covered by the 120-night comfort trial. We can’t accept returns of pillows, bases, frames, platforms, sheets, bedding, or mattress protectors once they’ve been opened. For approved returns of unopened accessories, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
