Warranty Claims

Mattresses are used more than any other personal item, so they naturally adjust to your body over time. This conditioning is normal and shows the mattress is contouring properly. If your mattress develops an issue you believe is a defect, we’re here to help.

Email your claim to info@airzensleep.com, or mail it to:

What to send

  • A clear copy of your original receipt
  • A clear close-up photo of the law tag, sewn on the border at the head of the mattress (it identifies the model and warranty code)
  • Your name, address, phone, and email
  • The model, size, items purchased, where you bought them, and the date of purchase
  • Your bed frame type (frame with or without headboard; headboard, footboard, and rails; platform bed; or on the floor), the number of legs, whether the slats have a center leg, and the total number of slats
  • A brief written description of the issue
  • Photos, as described below

Before you take photos

Remove all bedding, including sheets, protectors, duvets, and comforters. The mattress must be completely bare.

Body impressions or sagging

Take these with no one on the mattress. You’ll need a string, flat board, or broom handle, and a ruler or tape measure.

  • Lay the string, board, or broom handle flat across the area of concern.
  • Measure the lowest point of the impression. Don’t measure in a stitched or quilted area, and don’t push the ruler into the mattress; compressing it distorts the measurement and disqualifies the request.
  • Take a close-up photo showing the exact depth of the impression.
  • Take a full, end-to-end photo showing the measurement and both ends of the board or string.
  • Check that the measurement is clear in both photos.

Your support system

Include photos of the frame, the support legs, and the cross slats, clearly showing how the mattress is supported.

Noises

Mattresses normally make only slight upholstery sounds; most noise comes from the frame or foundation. To check:

  • Place the mattress on the floor. If the noise stops, the issue is in the foundation, frame, or bed.
  • Place the foundation on the floor with the mattress on top. If the noise continues, the foundation is the issue; if not, it’s the bed or frame.

All other issues

Take three or four photos from different angles showing the problem, plus a photo of the frame and foundation.
