10-Year Mattress Warranty
Every AirZen mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty that protects you, the original owner, from certain defects.
The warranty starts on the day you purchase your mattress and can’t be transferred. Keep your receipt: it’s your proof of purchase and is required for any claim. If the mattress is sold or given to someone else, the warranty ends and the new owner receives the mattress “as is.”
What’s covered
AirZen covers defects in materials and workmanship for the full 10 years of your ownership, including:
- Deep body impressions: visible indentations greater than 1.5 inches, when the mattress has been used on a proper, supportive base with center support.
- Foam defects: any physical flaw that causes the foam to split, crack, or deteriorate under normal use.
- Manufacturing defects: issues with how the mattress was assembled.
What’s not covered
- Damage from improper support or the wrong type of bed frame
- Misuse, neglect, accidents, or not following setup instructions
- Normal softening of foam over time
- Comfort preference (too soft, too firm, and so on)
- Size variations within ±1 inch
- Burns, cuts, tears, stains, or liquid damage
- Mattresses sold “as is,” used, as a floor sample or demo, preconditioned, or as a closeout
- Odors
- Mattresses stored longer than 60 days without use
- Environmental damage, such as humidity or mold
Your responsibilities
To keep your warranty valid, use your mattress on either:
- a firm, solid surface with strong center support, or
- a slatted base with slats no more than 3.75 inches apart, plus center support.
Keep your proof of purchase. We may ask for photos of the issue instead of requiring a return. The mattress care guide covers the habits that keep your warranty valid.
If there’s a defect
If we confirm a covered defect, we’ll replace your mattress with a brand-new AirZen mattress of equal value, at no charge. The replacement doesn’t start a new 10-year warranty; it continues the remainder of your original term.
