How does the 120-night sleep trial work?
Sleep on your AirZen mattress for at least 30 nights; it can take that long to adjust. After the 30th night, if it isn’t right, email info@airzensleep.com. In most areas we arrange pickup through our partner Sharetown at no charge, and refund the mattress purchase to your original payment method. Full trial terms
Can I return bedding and accessories?
Accessories and bases aren’t part of the 120-night trial. We can’t accept returns of pillows, bases, frames, sheets, bedding, or mattress protectors once they’ve been opened. For approved returns of unopened accessories, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
Defects in materials and workmanship for ten years of original ownership, including body impressions deeper than 1.5 inches on a proper, supportive base, foam that splits or cracks under normal use, and assembly defects. Comfort preference and normal softening aren’t covered. Read the warranty

What should my mattress sit on?
A firm, solid surface with strong center support, or a slatted base with slats no more than 3.75 inches apart plus center support. Queen and King beds need a rigid center support that reaches the floor. Mattress care guide
